Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Eden Sheds through our website, by phone,
by email or in person.
Eden Sheds is a trading name of Walker7096 Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Delivery and
Installation Policy, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy, and Privacy Policy.
About our products
Many of our products are made to order and some are built to a customer's specific requirements.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs and prices are
accurate. Because many products are hand-built and timber is a natural material, minor variations in
colour, grain, finish and appearance may occur.
Timber is a natural product and may change over time. This can include natural movement, slight warping,
shrinkage, splitting or colour change. Where this is a normal characteristic of the material and not the result
of a fault in materials or workmanship, it is not treated as a defect.
Customers are responsible for carrying out reasonable maintenance in line with any care guidance we
provide.
Orders
Orders may be placed online, by phone, by email or in person.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
We may contact you to confirm product choice, sizing, layout, delivery details, access, base requirements,
or any bespoke details before accepting the order.
If we discover an obvious pricing, specification or product description error before the order is accepted,
we reserve the right to correct it and discuss the order with you before it proceeds.
Standard products and bespoke products
We supply both standard products from our usual range and bespoke or personalised products built to a
customer's specific requirements.
Cancellation rights may differ depending on whether the product is a standard item or a genuinely bespoke
or personalised item. Full details are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
Payment
A deposit may be required before production, scheduling or delivery planning begins. Unless otherwise
agreed in writing, our usual position for made-to-order sheds is a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid in cleared funds before delivery or installation begins, unless we have
agreed otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right not to proceed with delivery, installation or release of goods until payment has been
received in full.
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are subject to our Delivery and Installation Policy.
Lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the site is suitably prepared, including base readiness, safe
access and sufficient working space.

3

If delivery or installation cannot proceed because the site is not ready, access is unsafe or unsuitable, or
the information given to us was inaccurate, we may need to reschedule and reasonable additional charges
may apply. If so, these will be explained clearly.
Customer approvals
Where we ask you to confirm order details, drawings, layout or bespoke specifications, it is your
responsibility to review these carefully before approval.
We are entitled to rely on the details you approve.
Faults, damage and issues
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible using the
contact details on our website.
We may ask for photographs, a description of the issue, and your order details so we can assess the
matter promptly.
Where there is a valid issue, we may offer repair, replacement, replacement parts, price reduction or
refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Under consumer law, goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as
described.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so,
including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights under
consumer law.
Subject to that, our liability for losses arising directly from our breach of contract or negligence will be
limited to the value of the goods or services supplied, except where the law provides otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order will
be the version in force at the time your order is accepted.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject
to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
